Sydetasker is partnered with a globally trusted third party payment processor, Stripe, to ensure your money is kept safe & secure.



Here's how a payment gets to you:

1. A Poster accepts the your offer and assigns the task to you.
2. Poster’s credit card is immediately charged the amount of the offer accepted. This is done to be fair to both parties.
3. While the task is being performed, the money is held by Sydetasker through our secure payment provider, Stripe.
4. You can request payment when you believe the task is completed. Click the purple "Request Payment" button.
5. The Poster will be notified that you requested payment. If the Poster is satisfied with the job then they will release the payment.
6. You will receive your payment in your nominated bank account in 3-5 business days after the payment was released.
